I tried to start out slow for the first half and speed up the second half. I was running comfortably and did 3.2 in 26 minutes. I tried to increase my foot turnover rate and accomplished 3.3 in 25 minutes. That is all I’ve got. Somewhere in me is a faster me and I will work towards that goal.

Sounds like you’re working pretty hard….stay motivated!! You’re doing great!! You sound like me….no matter how much I improve, or how quickly I improve..it’s never quick enough!! I always want to get to my goals NOW!! You’ll be where you wanna be soon enough!! Happy training!!
