Did my hill work in the new shoes and my toes are happy!!!  Such a difference.  I ran 4 minutes then walked 30 seconds the entire way and stopped for water every 2.4 miles (the hill is 1.2 down and 1.2 up–my car is parked at the top).  I felt stronger at the end than the time before.  Yeah.

What store in Austin? I go to Austin sometimes. Have you gone to Lance Armstrongs new bike store “Mellow Johnny’s” (I think thats the name). Just curious. I use a running store in The Woodlands at market street called Lukes Locker. I highly recommend you stopping there if you are in the area. They also have a store near downtown Houston. Hill work, I wish we had hills. There is a man made hill behind the high school but you can only go up and down so many times. I almost rather run bleachers. Look up ten for Texas on the internet. It is a ten miler we will be having in The Woodlands later this year. Good practice for a half marathon at not a lot of money.
