ran my favorite hill–1.2 up and 1.2 down.  did the 4 and 1’s and really tried to keep my uphill pace at 8:30.  hips were giving me some issues (they get tight) but all i had to do was ‘finish 4′ and then i could rest them.  had a little breeze today on the uphill which was nice because i was sweating bullets–50 caliber size.
